My son is 3 yrs old...but according to his age he has no activites like other children.. According to Dr.. that is Autism..plz suggest me .. What is the symptoms of Autism?

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. in autism there is no eye contact with other people not even with family members, inappropriate social interactions, trying to repeat the same words and and again and some times for long hours also, repetitive actions and impulsive behaviour, speech not clear.
please consult with a professional regarding this as he will guide you better and suggest best
