my son is 3 yr old usko halki khasi ho rhi hai or gala baitha h mouth me andar gale ke pas red red hai pls tell some medicine or what to do

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is thxtere paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom please consult with your doctor for the proper medication and You can give your child steam at least three times a day rub Vicks on his feet and make him wear socks for instant relief from cough give him mixture of honey Tulsi juice and Ginger juice 3 times a day
