My son is 3 yr 7 mon old. He is getting fever once in every month from past 4 months. Initially doctor said he has preputial infection and now it's normal. Still he is getting fever on recurring basis.we have also did his blood test. Rudr has low hemoglobin count. Could you please suggest why Rudr getting continuous fever

A. till 5 years kids have low immunity, and often fall sick in weather change. try to give immunity booster food, and keep him well hydrate. maintain proper hygiene.
