my son is 3 yr 3 months old. he weighs 18.5kgs.which food is good for him to maintain the weight or lose weight.

A. Namaste Mom, It is preferable to opt for home made fresh foods and natural foods, limit his sugar intake, refined and processed foods as such. apart from that get him involved in outdoor playing , such as cycle, swiming , playing in the park, etc
