In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examgrination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to conusult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiencies of vitamin B12 and folic or it might be result of fungal infection or result of constipation please give green veggies, fresh fruits,curd more avoid giving RO water apply turmeric powder there once in a day keep your child well hydrated
