Q.

my son is 3 years old. At home, he is silent sometimes, and active other times. teachers saying he is always silent in school. if asked questions, he answers but very quietly. At home when speaking with me, he is answering normally. when speaking with his grandparents on a video call. he is speaking very quietly. to go to urine, he is not saying. To go to potty he is saying. he speaks in one words or two words. its difficult to have conversation. he is not answering to questions like, what did u do in school. who are your friends.he is saying all the colors, animals, vehicles. i am very confused.whether he needs help or its normal for his age. when i see other kids in his age. i am able to have a conversation with them.today, i went to his school , he was very active, excited. teachers told, he is usually silent. today he is very active. maybe because you are here.

A. this is normal as per age. this is a common behaviour what you have described is totally normal and there is no need to worry regarding this. but if you feel that it it seems to be something different you can meet your doctor regarding this and the doctor will guide you.
