my son is 3 years and 4months now, he call me mummy and also call daddy, but he has problem with speaking, when I say something, he says it but some are not clear while some are clear, he says hello grandma, when he poo, he says I poo poo, just short words, and when he says anything his tongue does not raise up some said I should wait that he will speak my question is should i get the tongue cut or i should give him little time maybe he will improve, and secondly who which doctor am I going to seek help from because I showed his peadatrician he referred me to a physician or a surgeon he said they will decide if the tongue should be cut
