my son is 3 years 9months old his appetite has been very low for 2 months and always complains about stomach pain his current weight is 13kgs and not increasing at all after every meal he passes stools please let us know what can be done for weight appetite and stomach ache

The details that you stated there are two things first of all if your child is pooping immediately after eating that means your child is having more digestion and is not able to process the food could be associated with some related issue also as your child has been constantly complaining about stomach pain so don’t consult your doctor because when the gut health is going to be good the weight will increase the digestion is also going to be good
