my son is 3 years 5 months old and i spotted a white hair on his head.ehat should I do.and what is the reason for the same?

it could be genetical or it could be result of nutritional deficiencies or excess usage of cosmetic.
so please don't take much stress for this.
give Healthy diet which includes multigrain food,fresh fruits more
keep your child well hydrated
give head massage with pure coconut oil and few drops of sarso oil.
use gentle shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair.
