my son is 3 years 4 months he is not speak mummy dady but he speak one two three, ABC letters. any suggestion for me

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello by this age child should eb able to speak sentences and if it is delayed you must get him evaluated and start the speech therapy if possible and needed.
