My son is 3 years 4 months he is identifying and also clearly telling all the albhapets lowercase and uppercase, numbers, shapes and colours. But he is not at all communicating a single word with us. Really I'm much scared because coming june he needs to go to LKG. Without a single word of communication don't know what could I do. For example : if I ask do you want water he won't reply pls advice me

A. baby needs to be examined and assessed if he is not making eye. . contact if he is not engaging in the activities with others and keeping engaged in himself
