my son is 3 years 2 months yesterday old he fell down in school and got cut near eyebrows docter done with 3 stiches ....and gave paracetamol suspension 250 mg syrup for pain know he got fever 101 is that normal ....and can I put metal if fever is high

otherwise paracetamol is fine. watch for swelling... vommiting,...nose, ear, mouth bleeding, unconsciousness, conversation for next 24 hour..if so than rush to doctor..
