Q.

My son is 3 year old..how much milk is sufficient for his growth and well being...do he need any supplement to be mixed in milk...need an answer from a child specialist doctor.. please advise

A. U Should try to give a minimum of 500 ML milk to your child on an every day basis if you can give more than that then that is very good but a minimum of 500 ML you should maintain and if your child is taking proper growth health height weight then do not add any supplement and if your child is lacking into something then you can add any supplement
