Instead of giving three big meal plan to give five meals in a day in smaller quantities. Like breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, evening snacks, dinner. In between this you can include liquids like fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, milkshakes, soups. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different veggies and fruits and pulses.Give finger foods and snacks to baby to eat by itself which is a good practice by this way baby will also start enjoying eating food. Gradually you can give breakfast and lunch to Baby to eat by its self.
