my son is 3 year and 4 months old. his height is 90cm and weight is 12kg from 1 year weight is same. please suggest some nutritious diet

You can check the diet in the baby meal section as it is generally not different from anything that we eat on an everyday basis just will find different recipes to try your hands on plus if the weight and has been stacked for one year you should consult your doctor to know what is the problem and what can be done to fix the issue
