Q.

my son is 3 year and 10 month old and he is doing his neck around left or right again and again.. this is normal

A. When you left and right basically the child is always shaking no if that is the situation then maybe a child is either trying to copy somebody or if you say no you normally shake your hand but if your child has been constantly doing it then you may check with the doctor once
