Q.
My son is 3 year 7 month old and he is having early morning cough and rest of the day he is normal. His weight is 12.kg and height is 98 cm. What can i do for weight gain. My Dr said weight is good and don’t worry about weight.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. ir is due to any allrgy. For common cold home remedies like giving steam to baby works very well and of fever is there then give paracetamol for same . Other remedy includes nasovion nasal drop for blocked nose and ascoril ls for cough .
