My son is 3 year 11month old and his weight is 13 kg and not gaining weight and height. He does not eat any fruit or vegetable,when we give he vomits. Please help what should we do

A. Hello mom some varation is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and also eating a healthy and well balanced diet, you may give foods in different ways and forms to foods which arent preffered
