My son is 3 year 11 months and he drinks cow milk. Is this milk safe for my son. If not so which milk should I have to give him .

Cows milk whether it is buffaloes milk and full cream packet milk all of these things can be given to the child every day there is no problem it’s healthy but in moderation we suggest you not to exceed the amount of half a litre in a day that’s on the higher I prefer giving more of healthy diet proper food and protein rich food along with dairy products don’t only rely on milk
