My son is 3 months old. I’m breast feeding him until now. But now I’m feeling like it’s not sufficient for him. Suggest me some tips to increase milk supply and also if i start formula milk can that be given with mothers milk

A. Yes if you do not give sufficient feeding you can go for formula feeding but I would say that you should take lactation supplements increase the intake of fluid proteins and good Phiber is into your daily diet fenugreek is important that’s what is going to be helpful in increasing your lactation
