My son is 3 months old. He has a cough and cold. We are giving him a nebulizer thrice a day from yesterday. Till the day before yesterday, he was passing urine properly. But after we started to give a nebulizer, he passed urine once or twice a day. But he has loose motion, which is too watery and consists of mucus. As well as he is not taking feed properly. Should I worry about his feed and urine output ??

please keep your self well hydrated by taking fluids and water 
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
