my son is 3 months 15 days old .his motions are not controlled at and it was in liquid form please suggest a method to control his problem

A. Is this problem from beginning or your baby is suffering this problem from sometime,if from sometime then your baby has loose motions and there are medicine available but if this problem is right from birth then you should consult your doctor.
