Q.
My son is 3 month old but still my lower back is paining after delivery i rest 3/4 days not more than that Its common to have back pain after nrml delivery n what can i do to recover from that

Back pain usually happens if you’ve had an epidural or if you have had a normal delivery with epidural it can happen but if you’ve had a feeding posture which is incorrect through and through that can lead to back pain and shoulder pain otherwise there is no back pain Seen Write Your Answer Here
