my son is 3 and half years old and got hurt while playing in ground.. is there any pain killer medicine that can be given to him in the form or tablet as he doesn't take syrups?

A. better to give only paracetamol safe medicine for pain relief And further it is also advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and for any investigations if required and to take appropriate medicines depending on the need o k
