my son is 3 and a half years old he is only not telling mama n dada rest all he is telling learning new words he is delay in his speech but he can understand everything.only we force him to say mama dada he feels shy n very awkward please help me to teach him tis 2 words

Consult your doctor for further guidance. Read stories from books like Babyhug story books. Be patient and persistent in your efforts
