My son is 3.7 years old. There is something like a small rash in his body, but it does not itch, which cream should I take for that and please substitute some cream for dad.

A. Hello dear parent, ypu can apply candid cream on the affected area. And make your child wear soft cotton clothes. Do not worry much and feed your child well and make him drink lots of water as well. Good luck and take care
