my Son is 3.5 yrs old and is hyperactive and doesn't respond to questions. he plays in his world.. is this something to worry?

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question very difficult to get if there is any underlying issue always be your pediatrician who can access and let you know but tortoise are hyperactive all toddlers are hyperactive so try to involve him in activities that will help him divert his energy. his attention span will be 14 minutes maximum
