Q.

my son is 3.5 yr is suffering with cold n cough from 1 month they did xray and gave nebuliser for 1 week and used syrup also but there is no change yesterday he had severe dry cough .he is using medication from 1 month but no change what might be the reason nd tell remedies

A. need to examine him, seems allergic, do Ig E . investigation Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation

I would advise you to once get a check with an ENT doctor you must be visiting to the paediatrician now so just once visit any ENT doctor the doctor advise you with some scan if required and according to that only they can suggest you with the correct treatment for the childWrite Your Answer Here
