my son is 3.5 years old and he doesn't speak clearly. also he doesn't follow the instructions. please guide

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. for. speech delay can be due to many reasons and hence to know it needs a detailed examination ENT specialist visit to know any hearing impairment or any stimulus causes of poor speech in baby .
Reduce screen time no mobile or tv for speech development . Speech therapy is best help if ENT issue is not there.
