Q.
My son is 3.5 months old n he is not burping only after feed... From morning n he dn poop too wat can be the reason plz help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you're giving formula feed constipation is common problem in this age of the baby you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day and cyclic motion of the legs helps in relieving gases try giving bm only give proper working for at least 20 minutbur

There There is no such reason behind it so you do not take so much of tension it’s completely normal with kids to behave like this they can even pass a motion when they’re taking of it and that is also considered normal so need not worry about these little little things
