My son is 3.5 month old and he is suffering from loose motion. can you suggest why it happen. also we have given him Deroluck sachet.

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there couldy be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and aluso give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day
