my son is 3.3 yrs and having hyperactive and speech delay under ADHD .....he is taking both speech and ot and doctor prescribed some medicine .....now he is clam down ..good eye contact even develop in speech but his weight is not gaining properly he is now 15 kg how to gain his weight please suggest that
