Q.
My son is 2yrs 5months he is not eating food at all not interested in eating any solids only milk and water .Can u please suggest how make him eat solids.tried different varities of food but no use.please some suggest

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. First of all limit milk intake to 600ml per day and rest of the time give solid foods like 3 meals in the day and give seasonal fruits and vegetables to thechild and try giving different recipes
