my son is 2yr old he has black spots on his teeth what is the cause is it problematic?I brush his teeth regularly. 2. He drinks less water and it affects him while passing stools(sticky) what to do please tell me.

A. 1) if you are give iron drops than staining teeth is common, other than it might be tooth carries.. good to talk to dentist one. 2) Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation.
