my son is 2yr 9 months old very day he stool is like stone and Hard than it was . he drinks sufficient water still it's happening day to day . thats pains a lot .please suggest some home remedies or medicine.

A. he is having hard stool give papaya fibre rich foods as apple sapota dalia ragi sabudana keep baby well hydrated give raisin water.. give curd daily for good digestion
