My son is 2y10m old and he don't like food he likes fruits and snake so how i can feed him properly

A. Not an expert; but my wife makes sure he sits and eat with us. So by now he’s happy to eat food we eat. We don’t cook anything separate anymore. We just stopped putting chillis and any strong masala in our food. We make a side chutney if we want something spicy. Otherwise we eat the same rice and daal, even the side dish made from green veg. I think kids love to eat what their parents eat. Today we made Pad Krapao (Thai food) at home; I made his as well, using the same ingredients but without chilli for him.

A. Snacking and fruit is just fine but you have to set a time for giving them rest of the times you have to give proper food to the child you have to convince your child to eat everything because everything has its own importance so slowly if you don’t offer these things at all timings at the time of food you should give food only so if you don’t offer a snack or fruits that and the child is the child will be eating body offer it may take some time the child may throw tantrums also but you have to be a stubborn at that part
