my son is 2months old n he is on bm n from past 7days there are some particals visible in his stool normally his stool is semi solid n yellowish in colour but now n he is to pass once in 2-3 days but now he's stool colour is yellowish but i think der is little green shade in it n now he is passing twice Or thrice a day n it's little watery type not exactly loosemotion but lyk dat is it normally wat can b the reason for it n wat precautions should I take
