My son is 20 months old n since past 2 days he’s doing semi solid little runny stool, what to do to cure it at this point only? Plzz suggest

Hello ma’am You need to stop Giving milk to your child because milk increases the number of loose motions don’t give milk for a child instead give banana and a curd at least two times in a day to control lose motions and apart from that still if it does not help you then you can consult your doctor ones
