My son is 2m 10 days old & I’ve observed a bump on his arm which seems to be on the same place that of BCG vaccine . Is this normal . Also , He has been crying a lot for last 2 day could this be a reason

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the BCG vaccine which baby has taken that will be swellingblood and pus will come from the swelling after sometime it will be healing and its own living a permanent scar no treatment is required

Hello maam Could be due to the vaccination also and could be due to any other reason to get it checked 1st to be more sure about the reason behind it apart from that would like to tell you since you are saying that your child is crying it could be mostly due to the colic pain which is very common with kids just give a medicine for the same
