Q.

my son is 27 months old. he is suffering from vitamin b12 deficiency. I have consulted my doctor.. he gave medicines to overcome this deficiency. I also want to know what foods can I give him so that vitamin can increase naturally. Suggest me some indian food recipes.. I will be thankful to you

A. hi, vot b12 are rich in animal food like eggs, poultry or mashed fish, yogurt, cheese giver her some fortified breakfast cereals, scrambled eggs on daily basis. fruit like apples, bananas, blueberries and oranges are some fruits that are high in vitamin B12.

A. Doctor how much time it will take to recover from vitamin b12 deficiency?? because my son is not eating spicy food,he is having only non spicy food.
