my son is 23 months old .He is having lactic acidosis He is not walking nor talking yet.please suggest the treatment for him

A. hi sir ,as a child is having lactic acidiosis problem,you must follow your treating doctor's advice. please take necessary follow ups from him and also discuss for walking milestone of a child. as such no need to worry about talking milestone , because it is normal for babies to speak only few words at this stage of age. just encourage your child to speak more by playing different games i.e pretend play , peekaboo etc , point out different objects to your child and ask simple questions regarding it to your child. it will help to enrich your child vocabulary.
