my son is 23 months old.he has iron deficiency.but whenever m giving him iron name is caron syrup..he is having loose motion..in this situation when iron medicine is causing such issues n he has iron deficiency also..what to do??

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and he is having an iron deficiency anemia so if he doesn’t tolarate the ferrous salt then try to give him syrup Raricap L 5 ml two times a day

A. sir as suggested I have checked..but rarirop l and caron syrup (what I was giving him) has d same composition.
