My son is 23 days old, a newborn baby. He is exclusively fed with breast milk. For the past three days, he has been experiencing vomiting, with milk coming out from both his nose and mouth during feeds. He cries often and has difficulty sleeping peacefully.

Vomiting is absolutely normal in this age but looking at what you are mentioning there could be a bright possibility that you’re over feeding the child and that can often lead to a problem like this so I would recommend you that you just feed your child on demand not with a gap of two hours and that should be helpful
