Q.

my son is 22 months old. he have 13 teeth now. but 4 upper front teeth got damaged.. what is the reason. he is still drinking breast milk during day and night time. is my breast milk cause this damage to teeth

A. Hello mam yes it can cause the cavities . These are known as nursing bottle caries or cavities. You need to visit a dentist regarding this he or she might be able to advise you better after checking.

A. Basically taking the feeling during the nighttime is damaging the teeth if your child is not eating much of sweet or anything because when the child takes continuous feeding even after having teeth during the night time then it can actually spoil the teeth you need to quit breastfeeding in the night in total you need to quit breastfeeding gradually
