my son is 22 months old from two days he's feverish, grinding his teeth too much throughout the night, crying too much, when I tried to give him paracetamol he vomited though he took anti allergy syrup. What is happening with him? I am worried as his pediatrician is out of city.

kids usually show these signs while Teething phase.
consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child..give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on
