if still doesn't speak two letter words then you should consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

If The child is in speaking at all then you should get a check with the doctor to know is there any issue with the speech of the child or a little bit of delay in the speech so once you get a check you let least be more sure and clear about if there is an issue or its natural
