Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out . Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefernamic acid are usually given to reduce feverr . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful . Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. It Is mostly due to some stomach infection only I’m just going to tell you as of now you should start doing Kole sponging on the body of the child that will help in reducing down the fever and the fever is extremely high so if you want you can go ahead with giving ibujesic plus To the child according to the current weight of the child you can decide the dosage
