My son is 21 months old. He is having reoccurring fever from past 10 days. Every 2-3 days fever comes back. His blood test and urine test are normal. Except fever he doesn't have any other issues. He is active and his appetite is also good.. What could be the reason for fever reoccurring every 3 days?
