Q.
My son is 21 months old, he eats 4 proper meal 1. Cerelac 2. Apple with daliya 3. Mixed vegetable Khichri 4. Roti milk 5. 5 times milk in bottle I want to change his milk routine for evening to soup as its winter. Please suggest which soup to give? And what I am feeding him is it okay or something else needed with it??

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello gou can give your child any soup which should not be a problem and infact you should try with different soups whivh would be safe for kids at this age and keep it mild and this makes it healthy and good for the winter season and limit milk to not more than 500 ml in a day
