A. To help vaby gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids. You should bring now introduce variety if nutritious foods and serve in kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range as it will create his interest in eating.
